IN ECS Nepal MAGAZINE
The ECS Nepal monthly magazine is
a household name amongst the upper-middle class and expatriates
in Nepal and the magazine presents its readers with contents
of local lifestyle, culture, heritage, and business editorials.
Twelve Thousand copies of the magazine is printed and distributed
to all the embassies, foreign consulates, international
agencies, business houses, travel agents, star hotels, individuals
and selected outlets for sale. Limited copies of ECS Nepal
Magazine we distributed out of Nepal also. Eighty percent
of foreigners residing in Nepal read this magazine everymonth.

ADVERTISEMENT CLOSING DATE
The closing date for receiving the material for advertisement is the 14th of the month proceeding the month publication.

Frequency: Monthly (12 issues a year)
Size: 21.6 x 29.7cm (after trimming)
Printing:
Offset printing. Four colour. Cover paper: 200-gsm-art board. Inside paper: 115-gsm-art paper.

Incase if positive film is to be provided, emulsion side should be down and screen ruling should be 175 lpi. |
ADVERTISING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. |
The Advertiser has to provide the matter for advertisement by the 14th of the following month’s publication. Late delivery of material may incur forfeiture of the space booked, and the advertiser shall be liable to pay for the advertisement space at the booked rate. |

2. |
For frequency advertisements, if instructions are not received by the material deadline date, ECS Magazine reserves the right to repeat the material last used. Changes pretaining to any aspect of the advertisement must be in writing to the advertisement unit of ECS magazine, at least 10 days prior to the cover date. |
3. |
ECS Magazine will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage occassioned by the failure of any advertisement to appear for any cause whatsoever, nor does the magazine accept liability for errors in any advertisement published or its failure to appear. Under no circumstance shall ECS Magazine be liable for consequential damage of any kind. |
4. |
Advertisement materials must confirm to ECS Magazine specifications, otherwise quality of reproduction cannot be guaranteed. |
5. |
Three (3) copies of the month’s publication (ECS Magazine) shall be provided per insertion to the advertiser. |
6. |
ECS Magazine shall raise invoice to the advertiser against insertion of advertisement. Payment should be made in advance. In special requests, payment could be delayed, but not later than first two weeks after the publication of the Magazine. Payment should be made in cash / cheque in favor of ECS Magazine. |
7. |
Cancellations of insertions will only be accepted if a request for the same is made in writing to the advertisement unit of ECS Magazine, at least 20 days prior to the cover date. |
8. |
If an advertiser unilaterally cancels the balance of an advertisement contract, the advertiser relinquishes the right to any discounts to which the advertiser was entitled, and advertisement spaces booked under the contract will have to paid for by the advertiser to ECS Magazine at the full rate. |
9. |
Transparencies, separation and other material of the advertisement should be collected within two weeks by the advertisers. The magazine reserves the right to destroy them after the period. |
10. |
Stipulations on advertising orders which differ from standard conditions are not considered binding unless acknowledged in writing by the advertisement unit of ECS Magazine. |
11. |
Government tax will be charged extra on above rate on all bills. |
