AVAILABLE OUTLETS
You can get your copies of ECS Nepal magazine in the following outlets:

INTERNATIONAL SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS outside Nepal the delivery may take up to 7 days after the cover date. Please Contact Us if you live outside Nepal and want to subscribe to ECS.

GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you want to send ECS as a gift to someone, simply let us know your name and address as well as the name and delivery address of the recipient and we will arrange it for you. Please Contact Us.

ORDER BACK ISSUES
Back issues are not part of a subscription order. However, when available, back issues can be purchased. Include the exact cover date of the issue and number of copies you wish to order. Please note that some issues may not be available because of strong interest from other readers. For further information, please Contact Us.

ACCOUNT STATUS
Are you not sure when your subscription expires? or If your payment has been received? Please Contact Us to find out about your account status.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If you want the magazine to be delivered in a different address permanently, you can quickly and easily change your delivery address.Please Contact Us and let us know.

BILLING/PAYMENT
At the moment we do not have the secure payment facility of paying through your Credit Card. For further information on how to pay your bills please Contact Us.

RENEWALS
If you don't want to miss a single copy of ECS renew your subscription immediately, please Contact Us.

Renewal reminders are sent well in advance of subscription expiry date to ensure that our customers do not experience a break in service. Existing subscriptions are served in full before the renewal subscription begins.

DAMAGED ISSUES
If your issue frequently arrives damaged please let us know. Contact Us

LATE OR MISSED ISSUES
Your magazine should arrive between 1st and the 3rd of every month. Only severe weather and other disruptions could delay the delivery of the magazine.

If you have missed an issue, we may have an incorrect address on file. Your magazines may also have stopped being delivered due to non-payment. For more information please Contact Us.

TEMPORARILY SUSPEND DELIVERY
If you would like to temporarily discontinue your subscription for any reason, we can do so until you ask us to continue the delivery again. This service is subject to 4 weeks notice and a minimum 2 issues suspension period. Please Contact Us

TEMPORARILY REDIRECT DELIVERY
If you are going to be at a temporary address for 2 months or more and would like to temporarily redirect your subscription delivery, you may Contact Us by email, phone, or mail. This service is subject to 4 weeks notice and a minimum of 2 issues redirection.

Please note that we are only able to offer this free service if your temporary relocation is within Nepal. If you are moving out of Nepal for a month or more you might like to consider temporarily suspending your delivery.

DUPLICATE SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you are receiving duplicate copies of ECS you may Contact Us and let us know.

CANCELLATION
If you are not satisfied with ECS, you can cancel the subscription at any time and we will issue a refund for all the unmailed issues at the rate you availed the subscription. You may however receive up to one further issue after your cancellation has been processed.
